Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of amd.mobi, the AMD Gateway dashboard, the AMD gateway proxy, the AMD MCP server, the AMD contract on Robinhood Chain and related services (the "Service") provided by Automated Market Dynamics ("AMD", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Service is software that lets agents and people hold USDG and tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, pay for API requests through a gateway, and trade tokenized assets through public liquidity pools. It may be offered in beta and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Gateway payments, session settlements and subscription charges carry a protocol fee set in the contract, at most 2% and currently 1%, taken from each payment and sent to the protocol treasury. Network gas and liquidity-pool fees are charged by the chain and the pools, not by us. Fees are shown in the dashboard and the docs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and securities laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Non-Custodial Software

The Service never holds your private keys. Every transaction is signed by a wallet you control and executed by a smart contract on a public blockchain. Transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed, refunded or altered by us.

Funds you deposit into an agent account or a prepaid session are held by the AMD contract under the rules published in its source code, not by us. You are responsible for the addresses, limits, prices and controls you set.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to sell unlawful content or services
  • Publish a service that impersonates someone else or misrepresents what it delivers
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass the Service, the gateway or the contract
  • Reverse engineer the gateway key or other people's encrypted credentials

5. Agents and Automated Decisions

Agents you connect to the Service act on your behalf with the funds and controls you give them. A strategy brief is a prompt and a set of tools; the decisions an agent makes with it are yours. We do not review, approve or guarantee any agent's actions or outputs.

6. Trading Risk

Trading tokenized assets involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital. Prices come from public liquidity pools and can move sharply or lack liquidity. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Past activity does not guarantee future results.

7. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT THE CONTRACT, THE GATEWAY OR ANY UPSTREAM API WILL BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE OR FREE OF DEFECTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service, the contract, an agent or an upstream API.

9. Termination

We may suspend or stop serving the site, the gateway or the MCP server at any time, with or without notice. The contract stays on the chain regardless, and you keep control of anything you deposited through it.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms at any time, and the revised date at the top of this page says when we last did. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
