Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Automated Market Dynamics ("AMD", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use amd.mobi, the AMD Gateway dashboard, the AMD gateway proxy, the AMD MCP server and related services (the "Service"). The Service is non-custodial: it never holds your keys or your funds, and most of what it works with lives on a public blockchain.
1. Information We Collect
We collect as little as the Service needs to work:
a. Information You Provide
- The wallet address you connect, and the transactions you sign with it
- Merchant names, service names, descriptions, URLs, prices and slugs you publish, which are written to Robinhood Chain
- Upstream API credentials you enter for a service, which are encrypted in your browser to the gateway key before they leave it
- Anything you choose to share when you contact us on X
b. Automatically Collected Information
- Request logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, user agent, path and timestamp, for security and debugging
- Gateway request metadata needed to verify a payment, such as the method, path and transaction hash of a paid call
c. Information Written to Robinhood Chain
Merchants, services, endpoints, prices, payments, sessions, subscriptions and spending controls are stored in the AMD contract on Robinhood Chain. Anything written there is public, permanent and readable by anyone through a block explorer or a node, including addresses and amounts. We cannot edit or delete it. Upstream credentials are the exception: only their ciphertext is stored on chain, and only the gateway holds the key that can read it.
The Service uses no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no third-party iframes.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including forwarding paid requests to the upstream API you configured
- Verify payments, sessions and subscriptions against the chain
- Keep the Service secure and diagnose problems
- Respond to your questions
3. Third Parties
The Service relies on a hosting provider to serve the site and run the gateway, on public Robinhood Chain RPC nodes to read and relay transactions, and on the upstream APIs that merchants connect. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. When the gateway forwards a paid request, the upstream receives the request you made and the payer's address in a forwarding header.
We do not sell information and we do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
4. Data Retention
Hosting logs are kept for a short, provider-defined period and then discarded. Payment metadata the gateway keeps in memory to prevent replays lives for minutes. On-chain data stays on the chain indefinitely by design.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle: credentials are encrypted end to end, the site is served over HTTPS, and the gateway key is kept out of the codebase. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you remain responsible for the keys of the wallet you connect.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete information we control
Contact us on X at @amdmobi to make such a request. We cannot alter on-chain records, but you can unpublish or delete your services yourself with your wallet.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
